If you see any errors or omissions please let me know.
One squad was removed for attendance issues and a couple others need to adjust their numbers prior to the January FSO in 2011.

Remember if the C.O. or X.O. can't make it, the 3rd or 4th contact for your FSO squad should be pro-active and stepping up to the plate. That way no one drops the ball and things run smoothly.

Lastly please remember to have 'extra' squadies above the +2 to fly as gunners, observers, or join another squad that night. Everyone has a low turn out once and a while, but every squad can control too  many showing up.

That is good to know about having the extra squaddies. I've always wondered about using extra squaddies for gunners. Do we need to inform you that we have any gunner/observer so we don't get in trouble for having to many squad members?

Usually procedure for high numbers is to pm the setup host or post in the FSO forum that you had X number fly as gunners.  It makes it easier on the admin staff to correctly count your attendance.  If you squad members switch to another squad, they should leave the squad and be put into the other squads colors for the night.  Again this is to make the counting easier.
