It said that both men are facing charges. That is crap. Clearly the guy that got ran over was the aggressor. The victim was attempting to drive away when the guy jumped on the hood of his car.. They guy got ran over. He deserved what he got.. He needed a little bit of justice dispensed in the form of a car running over him..

nah man that guy was about to fall off the side of the hood and he turned in his direction to run his donut over, but id be pissed too if someone donut dived onto my hood.


I kinda wonder if the second video was fake too, I liked the way it ended but how could he have known that those two guys didn't have a guns too? If it is real I got no prob wit the guy pullin a gun on two thugs tryin to punk him out, who knows how the altercation would have ended otherwise. I bet if he didn't have that gun they woulda thrashed his car with that bat at the very least.

if a cop had done that, they'd have said it was the stress of the situation, slap him on the wrist, and make him go to some form of counseling......

Not sure what the charges against both individuals are. Yet here in Texas, if self-defense didn't stand to protect the victim, failure to stop and render aid would most certainly but him in jail.
