Sound problems(Static noise and erratic joystick) after upgrade to G-Force MX

Hi all:
I have mounted a winfast G-ForceMX into my system and the problems begin in mode of static noises  and erratical inputs from Joystick and descalibrate it sometimes, the most strange of all is that the noises increases with the more terrain is seen, noise is great at low altitudes than higher, also some sounds are desvirtuated, like landing gear, seems like the system is slow when the sound is generated, also i see that the Fps can vary a lot when it happens,let me introduce you.
CPU AMD K6-3 400Mhz
Mobo Spacewalker HOT591P(Via MVP-3)
160 Mb RAM pc 100
Sound SB64PCI
Joy Sidewinder Precission Pro with MS software (3.02)
Old graphic card Intel 740 8Mb AGP
New Graphic card Winfast G-ForceMX 32 AGP
Running under Win98SE with DirectX 7a

With the old i740 all run fine, slow but fine, about 20 fps average at 1024, one time i mount the GForce i get more Fps, about 30-35 but just start the engine and static noises appears, if i see to sky noise disappears, the most complex the scene is, the more noise i get, also the joy has his own life and seems descalibrated, non linear input and ramdom movements it self alone.

Trials done:
I have reinstalled win98Se from the begin
I have reinstalled AH from the begin
I have updated the mobo bios to last release
I have tried DirectX8
I have tried the drivers from winfast and several versions of detonators (6.50 to 12.10)
I have set some adjusts of the bios like, AGP aperture, agpx2 disable, cas latency, pci latency, waits states...
I have installed the lastest VIA 4 in 1 drivers (4.29) in several settings (turbo , normal .....)
I have installed the lastest drivers for the SB pci64

In the rest of games like quake3 and others the system is ok, no sound problems. I know that the problem comes from the sound card, i hope, perhaps can be an incompatibility between the mobo and Gforce(have hear it somewhere), at the current moment i have no ideas to take a direction to resolve the problem. Yes, i know that a k6 is slower but i don't want upgrade all the system in one time.
I have mounted the old i740 and AH runs fine, nothing of the problems above mentioned happen, i am thinking to renunciate to G-Force and wait for a major upgrade more later, but i was very happy with the increase in perfomance that i get wit the G-Force, really i am begin to be desesperated.

Are there problems of compatibility between G-Forces and VIA MVP-3 mobo?
Is the sbPCI64 a crappy card and must i get other? in this case, what sound card is a good option? have option to buy a genius live, seems to be good(no cpu load) and cheap

Hi all:
Well, after a time doing several trials with souncards, i have resolved the problem in this way:
-Mounted a Genius Live soundcard
It is an acelerated sound card for d3d sound and d3d input, very cheap whit a forcemedia 801 chip as core. After this, i get a strange input from the self joy, every 15 min, very stange at all, but the game remains playable
-Changed the sidewinder Joy to a wingman, almost it doesn't spikes as the before, not so much trials but things seem to go in a right direcction, haven't noticed yet strange spikes or inputs from the joy alone it self.
Well, i resolve myself the problem, just was easy, but i know that the AH comunity will have help me with a bit more of time. just sure !
After all, almost is joined together problem and solution for future doubts.

Well, after more trials, things seem to be more easy.
Changed the sound card, when i play for more than one hour, the joy will be crazy with erratic inputs and descalibration all time.
As it seems to be by heat cause, i modifyed the order of the cards into the slots, I saw that the gforce blows a lot of heat, and put into the middle of the gforce and soundcard the net card, just between the two last.
As long as i have tried it, i am not having now overheat problems with the soundcard( also must say that have never had heat problems with my old i740 and sb64pci), it is not fine at all aspects, function is right but i receive an erratic movement every 15-25 min for a short instant ( just like a kick, 0.5 sg). Sure, if i would change the mobo, i will never have this case of problems, well, in a few month i will do the update...
Just to comment the problem and his resolution, very strange, not very common, firts times i was wondering what the hell can happen.
