   Watched about 1 min of that 14min vid.  Didn't see what was funny.  Can you tell me for certain that no one was killed in any of those?  I had to stop watching when the over loaded pickups flipped with all the people in the back.  That vid seems more disturbing then lol funny.

I doubt that those were real rounds fired, based on the reactions of the people around them- however I'd be unhappily proven wrong if someone were to bring evidence to the contrary.

It was an angry man firing at the school board because his wife was a teacher that got fired.  He missed with all of his rounds thankfully, but as seen in the video was shot by a security guard, at which point he turned the gun on himself.
