hi,

I'm thinking about to buy to buy trackir 3 or making a freetrack cap. whats better and can freetrack zoom in/out like vector expansion of trackir. Will I need this feature in ah?

I'm from Germany and I have not the skill to make my freetrack cap, so if there is somebody who can make me one, pls contact me.

I use the zoom quite a bit when I am playing in AH or any other game for that matter.

Nockel, I have one of the older TrackIR 3 Pro units with the Vector add-on.  The ability to move my in-game point of view along each of the three axes of movement is just as important as rotating around each axis.  That makes it possible for me to "lean" around in the cockpit of, z.b., a Bf-109 to peer around the canopy frame.  According to this post on the FreeTrack forum, if you use either their 3-point or 4-point tracking, you will get that ability.
