Nope.
Even if it did, Win2K doesn't handle joysticks very well.
Give it another year at least before we can play all games with 2k, IMHO. NT's hardware control breaks big pieces of DirectX. Look for the first Service Pack for Win2K to address some of these problems with a new version of Dx for Win2k.
