I like the Thrustmasters you do have to mod them for brakes though but its an easy mod.

:bhead so i thought ...the mechanical mod is easy... so far the hall sensors have given me fits

The saitek pedals are wider. The tensioner in the middle doesn't really give that much resistance. I'm looking to mod mine with springs later on. Haven't used the CH set yet but they don't look very comfortable.
just take your shoes off. i have the CH Pro Pedals and theyre better than anything ive had before. Had them two years and theyre still perfect calibration. Never had to recalibrate and everyone in this game sees how wild a flier i can get in some situations...

In my opinion, Saitek breaks too easily or if not breaking on you, the software is too complicated. I've had my CH stick, throttle, pedal set for two years and the only problem i have now is my throttle is a little jerky sometimes.

I have used TM Elites for many years but recently switched to Saiteks.  I like the wide stance but I have noticed a little jitter on the axis, and also the rudder pedals don't have a very strong self-centering spring compared to the Elite's.

Even with the tension cranked up?

The Saitek pedals don't really have a tension adjustment, it is more of a drag adjustment.

Mine (when they still looked like saitek pedals) had the big knob in the middle which adjusted tension, i.e. how much pressure one had to apply to make them move.

IIRC, there are 2 springs in the Saitek pedals.

Same knob is still there but it is not tension it is drag, Saitek mislabels it.  It does make it take more force to move the pedals but they then return to center more slowly.  There is one spring that pulls both left and right to the center.
