epic fail of a night :lol

My mistakes made it what it was, a furball party. As the hour wore on I realized that wasn't what a good chunk of participants wanted. That was largely because divergent expectations. Mostly my fault, because in my efforts at flexibility i left too many options.

My personal bias was simple - just find a bunch of red dots, and get a bunch of guys together to attack them. I ended up having a good time.

Trouble was, I had used a bunch of other ideas in the proposal, so those who were looking for a classic fighter sweep, or a night of horde busting, were disappointed. Sorry about that, 321Bar. (To make up for it, I'll send a PM to HTC asking for the M18)

Anyway, I'm still game if folks are interested in a true fighter sweep, where we would fly from base A to intercept enemies flying from Base B to attack Base C.

sounds like you guys should jump into the AVA for a night.
1. you can fly low numbers, side switching is encouraged.
2. head for the red bars furballs are also encouraged.
3. could care less about hangers its about the fight.
4. well 3 out of 4 aint bad, but the AVA is pretty civilized. we prefer that MA tactics stay in the MA.
we like and encourage civil behavior. something to think about.....

1. Flies for the lowest numbered or the most out numbered country.

2. The group flies towards the largest concentration of red dar bars.

3. Doesn't drop hangers.

4. Stays off channel 200.

just another shameless advertisement for the AVA...... :D

The point of this however was to bring the "fight" back into the MAs. So switching to AvA would kinda defeat the purpose.
