and you laugh, why?

Do you think pilots in WW2 had the option to tune their tracers down because they felt their tracers were too bright?

pilot requirments back then were alot more steep than they are to play aceshigh.

ever think maybe some of us have eye problems?

maybe we cant see too good because the tracers are too bright?
did pilots in ww2 have a popout clipboard with a map that showed all radar, airfield, base flashing?
did that clipboard extend out into an e6b and "oclub"?

did american ww2 pilots have the options to set german gunsights in place of there american gunsights?
or japanese?

was bombing back then done by simply holding a button for the computer to "calculate" the exact distance to the target, and the speed you are going?

no?

just because the pilots back then didnt have the option to tune down there tracers doesnt mean we shouldnt.
its a game, on a computer. and some of us have eyesight problems.

so think next time, before you want to open your immature mouth by "LMAO!" ing without knowing the background reason behind someones request.

Did you know there is a "no tracers" option in the clipboard? Works wonders if you learn to use it.

Did you notice that the OP asked that it be moved to hanger?

Indicating he knows where the option is located now but might think that it would make sense to have it somewhere else.

While someone else asked to have it selectable for each aircraft like formations for bombers and views and convergence for every plane.

I never turn tracers off but do think that both of these are reasonable wishes and do make sense to me as well.

Please allow me to spell it out for you. You did not carefully read my previous posts. My last post was directed to Tyrannis. I am already aware that the OP wants the "No Tracers" option to be available in the hangar. You will see that I gave a :aok for the wish. I am simply telling Tyrannis that if the tracers are too much for his eyes, that he should turn them off.

why should i be forced to turn them off when we could just have the option to tune them down?

Because the "No tracers" option is a readily available option that you can select on the clipboard. If you learn to fly without tracers, you will notice that your gunnery skills will improve over time. And guess what? There will be no more "bright tracers" to hurt your eyes!

Different colors! Even if it's only on my end.

Quote
i want the options to tone the tracers DOWN.....ever since the big summer update, it seems like tracers have gotten very bright. (sometimes i cant even aim because the brightness blocks out my gunsight)

Did anything else change besides tracer brightness?  Different video card, settings, or monitor?

no, i like tracers, i like using them. but seeing how this is just a GAME. and not real life. we should have the option to atleast tune down the brightness of the tracers.

no. same everything since the big summer update. it seems like the tracers got brighter around the same time the mouse icon got enlarged.

My deepest apologies. I did not realize that you were referring to Tyrannis. When I saw your post I did not realize that you had even posted any where else in the thread. I don't normally look at names of every person posting in any given thread.

But a picture would do more than spelling it out, though the quote feature would have removed all doubt prior to my posting. Of course the old look back the multiple posts to see if you had posted any where before may have helped me too.  Ah hell whatever

No worries. I am not mad. I was getting a little carried away. Apologies accepted. :)
