Re-arm pads for Bombers
« on: February 28, 2011, 11:16:50 AM »
I know we have re-arm pads but could we get some that we can park our bombers on with out fear of wrecking the wing?  Maybe one big one without obstructions?
They call it "common sense", then why is it so uncommon?

how about getting rid of the pads, and making it where the fighter/bombers pull into the hangers to rearm?

and also. give them the ability to change there loadout while in the hanger.

Makes sense to me, re-arming the B-29 can probably get interesting at times.  Now I don't think we should just make things in the game easier because some people find it difficult (I'm thinking about the repeated complaints about getting a ditch for not being on runway), but if the simple act of re-arming becomes difficult due to the sheer size of your aircraft, I think it's a problem.

Folks, play nice.

+1 However I do not agree with pulling into the hanger, rather than pulling onto a spot on the main pad near the bomber hanger. You need to be able to get out without clipping your wings on the hanger. :salute

Not to mention they had tractors do all the pulling in and out of hangers.
