I you are SURE that some file is OK but antivirus software prevents access to it, due to a false positive, you can include that file name in "exclusions". (pun intended

)
But make sure you set the file name with complete path to that file. EX "C:\downloads\example.exe"
If one sets just the file name, "example.exe", ANY other file with that name will be allowed to execute, with unknown consequences.
The exclusions section for NOD32 v.4 is found in "Advanced setup" tree.
If antivirus software prevents download, deactivate antivirus protection, download the file. Set that file name in exclusions(complete path). Activate antivirus and access the file.
