RAR vs WAV

How do I change an RaR file to a WAV. I cant play RAR.

a RAR file isn't a sound file,  RAR is a compression system (similar to the more common .ZIP extension).  The actual sound files are compressed inside the RAR archive.

I use WINRAR to extract the files but there are probably other programs out there.  Check around on places like cnet.com and you should be able to find something.
