more TA random uncalled for stuff

ok. i up a F1 cammel and i land in the grass and lose gear go to end sortie BAM lost 1 perk its werid every plane i up in the TA i lose 1 perk pls fix

I can't reproduce this with any plane.

You can't land ww1 planes with really any speed, you will die, I have died many times by this. It's only 1 perk not hard to recover from

Doesn't matter if it is 1 perk or 1000 perks, in the Training Area you should not be losing any perks.

I was in the TA when Olds442 was complaining about losing perks and the perk cost of the F1 was set to 0.
