what exactly does this mean:  Altitude start points now start your plane off at speed in level autopilot with gear up.

used to when you had an airspawn your engines were off and your gear was down. Now your gear is up and your engine is on with auto pilot :aok

and airspawns are only on certain maps (ta, special events) so has no effect in MA.
