the op isn't going to do anything more than he has...uninstall, reinstall, open firewall...between the 2 posts he made several suggestions were posted and he hasn't done any of them. he either doesn't understand what's being said or doesn't think any of the suggestions are worth doing.

very good, now if you post that in your post over in the technical support section...it would get more help than here.

just off the cuff it looks like the problem is before you even get to the htc server. somewhere between hop 8 and 9.

packet loss on the last couple of hops could indicate the return trip has problems. They will not show up in a pingplot, however, Skuzzy said he would be more than willing to trace the part from the HTC server back to you. Might be worth a tellephony call to him during bidness hours to arrange that.
