CA, Cv, DE missing from object editor

In the object editor list the CA CV DE object are no longer listed, as they were in the previous editor, have they been renamed.

Don't recall the CA CV DE being in the object editor before. They are in the TE.

The dumcv dumca, dumde, and dumsub are in the OE.
