You shoulda pissed on her desk. When I was in 8th grade I felt like I was gonna puke, and the teacher wouldn't let me go.

I looked her in the eye and hurled on the grade book.
:rofl i threw up on a teacher once

lol   when I was in school, I brought my "boombox"  to class and would sit in the back and play music lol.....I was also the only kid in my 7-8 th grade classes that was going to public school from a juvi jail.....lol I did what ever I wanted,  I was the worst student that school ever saw...hell my first day in 9th grade my home room teacher is reading off the names of his new students as he reads mine he pauses looks up and says..."Go to the office".......lol    he was a teacher I had in 7th grade :rofl   I woulda not even asked to go just got up and walked out.
i'm sorry ink but...that sounds like you're proud of the fact that you were an idiot...turn that boombox on in a class i was in and it would have gotten destroyed...not that i enjoyed school any more than anyone else but...those that were trying to get through school and go on to be make something of themselves deserved the opportunity to do so without having a rebellious moron trying to a little big man...

i knew people that were like you in school, only 2 made it to be decent people with good kids...the rest are in jail, on welfare, or dead...dreams and aspirations.

Think of it this way; if one student went to the bathroom from every
class at the same time, there is a potential security risk involved with
all the kids roaming the hallway at the same time. Not so much of a
random fight breaking out or something, but more along the lines of
not enough eyes-on to see what everyone is up to.

It's all a security thing. If push comes to shove, just wee on your
teacher's desk.

5 minutes between classes to go half a kilometer and relieve oneself is not nearly enough time.

Sometimes man, you're just funny.  You need to stop exaggerating, and people will chill out on you.

You're claiming that you have to walk as far as this building is tall...between classes?  That's one big high school you go to, Pinnochio  ;)

Human rights?! what is that, the freedom of urination?
This is nothing more than school rules. If the teacher is wrong and you cannot hold yourself, you do as you did, get kicked out of class and then appeal to the manager. If you have a real condition that forces you to urinate often, get a note from the doc and the teacher will not give you any problems. As it is, you probably ask to be excused too often and she thinks you go out to smoke, trade pokemon, burry a bone in the yard or what ever it is kids do.

Well, if you have Human rights class at the top floor and then French class at the ground floor you can get there very fast. The sudden stop might hurt though.

Hello Everyone, Ive been doing research on the internet about human rights about going to the bathroom during Class... So heres my situations I often get big urges to go to the bathroom and urinate... The probleme is teachers never allow us to leave the class. Heres my story.

2 Weeks Ago I was in french class and one of these big urges happened. So I got up and asked the teacher If I could go to the bathroom because I realy had to go and she continued to say no... I returned to my place and sat.. I held it but could not anymore I got back up and asked her again she told me no once again.. I told her "Your not allowed to force me to stay here If I realy have to go to the bathroom, and she told me to go sit at my place." I could not hold it any longer and turned around heading towards the door and went to the bathroom. When I got back the teacher had a paper ready for me saying Ive been kicked out of class...

So My question is, is this at all against human rights?

Nope, thats just life. When you get older, life for you will be a lot more harsh then "can I go to the bathroom?" In all seriousness....thats just how things work in school. In my opinion, all cell phones and mp3 players should be completely banned from public schools. It distracts from the learning that kids should be doing there.

Seems like about every human arguement I have seen lately is from some crybaby screaming about how life has treated them unfairly.

I don't complain about it, but I work far better when my music is involved.
Otherwise it's far too mundane and simple for my taste.

Sorry, but real life is much less harsh than what one faces in high school.  Unless you're in basic training, I seriously doubt you'll ever face a situation where you can't go take a leak in the workforce.  You're just being pretentious.
