La-5 please :) is it possible to edit the 3D model of a planes fuselage while leaving the wings intact?

No, I want an La-5 not an La-5FN same wing different fuselage, so I am wondering how hard it would be to edit

According to Wiki the La-5FN added fixed slats so the wing wouldn't be the same, also the La-5 would lose the fuel injection and lighter weight of the FN so it would need more than a 3D model edit.

I realise it would need more then a 3D model, but I assume that is the most time consuming part of it, which is why I asked, and fixed slats are permenatly extended, perhaps wiki ment automatic slats, which is what our La-5FN has in game, and the early version of the La-5 has slats aswell, one of the main reasons why the La-5 was heavier the the FN version was due to its main spar being made out of wood rather then the FN's metal spar, with the wood spar there was also room for two extra fuel tanks in the wings giving it more range then the FN, but without the tuned engine it was 10 or 15 pmh slower

My assumption is that the 3D model is the easier part of modeling the aircraft. I really don't know, it just seems like the research and physics modeling would be more difficult.
