lost CBM

Ok now I have the blue header bar but no CBM. Any ideas how to get it back?

I swear I really do hate this piece of software.

At least you have a CBM.  When I was on vacation last week, I brought my work laptop (Windows 7 Enterprise, all buggered up with corporate security junk) and had to use the TE with no CBM.  For the life of me I couldn't get the CBM window to show.  It works fine on my home PC with Vista Ultimate.
