pool going crazy

Can anyone guess what is causing this?

it's a pool on a ship underway , perhaps in a rough sea.

This was shot onboard the Caribbean Princess while sailing in the Eastern Caribbean Sea. There was a mild storm with heavy swells

Hmmmm it does indeed look like it's on a cruise ship but it could also be a pool at a hotel in Japan and the earthquake caused the water to do that.
