i just finished my 3 months  on the 16th. gets pretty intense.


i didnt do the whole workout thing tho.(the diet, equipment, etc)

i just used the CD.

im going to take a month to relax off of it, then im going to go for another 3 months.

I'm lifting weights again and Ive already replaced about 15 lbs of fat with muscle..I'm 200 now but I whanna drop down to 180..

I can see my muscles really well but I need more cardio to get ripped, p90x will get you ripped thats for sure.

I just can't see myself watching a workout dvd

I'm a gym rat, weight lifter and never had much use for dvd workout programs. I would have never purchased P90X but I did get a ripped copy and it will kick your arse. Just adding the ab-ripper portion to a regular weight program will do a lot of good. I recommend it!

I started it to get back into shape and DAMN did it ever.i was a few weeks in and i was seeing results but had to stop because life started to take over.
