hey there need alittle help, yesterday on the 6th i tried to get on the game, when i when to double click on the game, it poped up like it norally would but all it shows is a white screen(the aces high part is white not the desktop) i went and i re-downloaded the game, because my brother has been deleting thing off the computer and i thought he may have deleted something from the game, so i got the game re downloaded and it shows the same thing, so i went to go do a system restore on the computer, but for some reason it will only let me do a system restore one day before it wont let me do it like a month ago or w/e i want to do it, any ways if anyone here can help me out i would appreciate the help thanks.

Does the game crash to the desktop after the white screen appears.

If you are running Windows Vista, try right clicking the shortcut and pressing "Run as Administrator".

the game doesnt even come up when u go to, double click on the desktop one, it comes up like its going to load but only has a white screen, and then it freezes the computer screen, then i have to do the ctr alt delete comand, to get the screen un frozzen, and im using windows xp

I don't know what the problem could be, may be that your computer doesn't meet the minimum specs; I doubt that.

If your brother has removed it off the computer, then there may be some key files missing.

alright well thanks for the help like i said though when i thought my brother may have deleted some things i redownloaded the game to make sure that wasnt the problem, but apparently somthing is still wrong, and yes my computer should still support the game iv been playing it off and on for the past 4-5 months now. well anyways i gess ill email hitech and see if they cant help me out thanks for the help anyways strokesAk

What graphics card are you running?  It may be as simple as a driver problem.

idk what type of grafics card im using but all i know is that it was working about a week ago on the 1st and now its not working.

Back up your settings folder (and any others you want, i.e. sounds, sights, etc.), then uninstall & re-install the game.  If you still have any issues, then I'd run a "dxdiag" and send/post it for the Skuzzmaster.  That's accoumplished by opening 'Run" then typing 'dxdiag'...that will reveal all your systems info.  Just post the top 3 pages.  Good luck!

Reinstalling the game usually isn't the problem.

DXDIAG is best step to figuring out what's wrong. And it's less labor intensive than reinstalling the game.

yes i have tried rebooting the pc, and iv tried to reset the computer i forget the technical term, but ya iv tried everything that i know of, anyways iv been talking to htc and hopfully they can figure out the problem.
