Last night I was chasing some Lancs. In front and below of both of us was a set of friendly B17s.  The Lancs dove down on the B17s. The 17s got 3 kills.  Fun to watch. Wish I had filmed it.

Augh, this is driving me nuts.  Somewhere I have seen a print of a PB4Y Privateer slugging it out with a Mavis
air to air.  I have also seen a picture taken from another PB4Y of a Emily or Mavis on fire and about to crash into the
ocean.  I do remember where I saw that one.  It is in one of my Air Combat Photography series books...that I can't
find!   AUGH!  :D

P.S. Thank God for file backups...burned a disk full back in Feb!  :aok

Very cool!

This reminds me of the "Battle Of Trafalgar" event back in WarBirds, where the two sides upped only bombers and slugged it out with broadsides.
