Actually no. What the terrain team was told when we inquired about it is that you flash the base of the first radar circle you enter. You will not start flashing another base until you leave the first base's circle. Doesn't matter if you are closer to the second base if you are still within the radar circle of the first base.This really is the first time it has come up or is noticeable because of the 24 mile radar / base under attack range. Basically one plane can only flash one base at a time. This is how we have been told it works, although I have not had the time to actually go and test it personally to confirm what we were told.
