Yeah Grizz!  You big meanie!

Go shoot a jeep or something! :)

Ah man, I haven't found a jeep to shoot since that glorious day we reflect upon so fondly.  One day I hope to find another, but I'm not going to get my hopes up.   :(

With the poorly modeled 262 you'd probably auger or the cannon rounds would not work as they are supposed to anyway :)

Ah man just the other day I found this purty jeep to shoot.  I turned around to get to him, and was completely locked in.  Then all of a sudden I got HO'd by some plane I NEVER saw.  I mean cmon what's up with the 262 anyways?  How bugged is it, i mean REALLY?  Well, after watching the film I realized that it was some spit I never saw that killed me but there's still something going on with the server or whatever.

Just proves once again you have no class... I simply posted here to ask why the two planes I killed never registered as kills. Are you people telling me that you dont see this on the film? Also I said it once I didnt have a visual of that spit anywhere and I was looking all around my cockpit. I guess I am just wasting my time here asking questions about this, There may be no flaws with the deuce but I just sucks that when I fly it things like this gotta happen.  Its too bad that I cant bring something up without all you immature dicks posting worthless jabs. I am done with this thread since nobody here will acknowledge the fact that there was two unrecorded kills that bears evidence that something was wrong that night. Oh well its just a game right? <S>

Good lord, I just watched the film and saw absolutely nothing that was out of the ordinary.

1) F4U that was ditched on the port deck.
The reason you got no kill credit on it is because it was missing half its fuselage and another player had already shot it.  *You cannot do damage to a plane that is already critically wounded*
2) The P39 that you "killed"
He disco'd and someone had already shot him and got credit.  You never hit him, he vanished before your bullets go to him.  If you watch the film you will see that he vanishes off the plane info page.
3) Death
You got shot by a spit.

Sorry but there was zero bugs in this sortie.  I will send u a bill for my wasted time.

Gotta wonder why some of em even play the game sometimes :)

Think I'll design my own that does everything for the player and then congratulates the player for having done such a good job :aok

I viewed the film...many times.

You got 3 kills. The first early on. The nik at the end and the spit you ho'ed.

As for the ho situation....well that didn't go to well for you. The high spit was easily visible..they were together. Not sure how couldn see him.

First rule in flying a jet is NEVER go ho with any plane...just roll out and come back for an easier shot. Everyone will attempt to ho a jet..that is standard ops in AH.

Anyway here are some screen shots.

First...I just love this shot..its so pretty.

The high spit racked you and hit your fuel. The film shows it as a miss but that is just lag...you were close to both and going 400+ ...sometimes you take a hit and a second later take damage.

Then 2 sec later you ho the spit. This shows the moment of explosion...you probably ran into his parts as well. Its hard to say if the high spit scored the hit or if you took damage from the explosion...but one of those two things happend. You get racked then fly through the explosion...due to lag its hard to tell which one killed you but I bet the high spit put rounds into your plane. I am sure the spit was firing at you...he had tracers off..you prob took the hit before he exploded.

I've got no ax to grind so my observations were: The f4 was going down already missing parts as you shot, the 39 probably discoed and the Spit9 hit you.  Truth be told, I don't see any flaws...and though I rarely HO, against a 262 I would do it every chance I got.

EDIT:  Wow Ag, that sure is beautiful!  Nice work.   :salute

If you go into the default position during the film, you'll have a hard time seeing that second spitfire until he was pretty much on top of him, plane and icon was blocked completely by frame.  No bug, just poor SA.
LOOK EVERYBODY!  I GOT MY NAME IN LIGHTS!

Folks, play nice.
