Clipboard view while looking through tank site.

I think we had the option of pulling up the clipboard while in the gunning position of a Tank before? I noticed this patch fixed the 17 pound-er clipboard view. So can we have that fixed if it was a workable option before?

If it was not an option before can we have it now like the 17 pound-er.

The clipboard looks like it's there, only not visible because turrets are now permanently zoomed to their optics' "native" magnification.
