Load supplies Bug?

While in a M4-76 I get a flashing load supplies in gunner mode.  The gun sites bounce up and down.  Have tried shutting motor down and moving vehicle with no good results.  Has anyone else had this experience?

Put vehicle in Neutral to stop bouncing usually works.
