where everyone is on Friday nights...............we are in the FSO. It happens on Friday nights, you must be in a registered squad to play, and it IS the reason many of us think of the main arenas as practice. There is an FSO message board but many of you may not have even noticed it yet. I'm nobody, just a fellow player, I am in charge of nothing, I run nothing. But I am inviting you all to check it out.
FSO's are the place where many of us immerse ourselves in historic battles, allied against the axis. Battles are balanced for gameplay but they do re-create the history that many of your fathers and grandfathers lived through, or died from. As in the real life war, you will be given assaignments and orders that you must follow. That adds to the immersion.
In my opinion, there is nothing as fun as Friday Nights with friends, squadmates and apponents.
The first time you are in a group of 100 fighters, about to attack 100 bombers, with 100 enemy fighters trying to stop you, you will understand.
