MY GVS NOT SHIFTING HELP

Since this new patch none of my gvs will get out of 1st gear. I had a squadie join my m3 and then it shifted BUT the sec. he ended sort. i droped back to 1st gear and no matter how long i held the w key it will not shift out of 1st gear PLEASE WHAT GIVES?

What could cause this is if your rudder is out of calibration.  Steering input while stopped will cause it to go into a creep mode where it stays in first gear.  Try recalibrating your rudder or if it happens often you may need to increase your rudder deadband.
