Spit takeoff failure

P38 very low-speed barn storming failure

And I actually consider this one a success. On approach the P51 kept wanting to flop over to the right,
and I had to keep boosting the throttle to keep her right-side up. I think I touched down at some 180mph or so  :lol
Not as easily done as a Corsair, I discovered.

We could change the name of this thread to WIN if we keep getting these type of submissions.   :P

These are no different from the "every day screenshots" and need no separate thread. Just put them in the widely accepted and already-visited thread that EVERYBODY already uses. Why try to start a new thread?

That's no different from the screenshots already in that thread (the "real" thread, that existed before this). There is no reason to create a second thread that covers the exact same ground. Go browsing through it and you'll notice many shots showing damaged landings, mistakes, some are just cool screenshots, and some are action shots. That's where these belong. Not in here.

Why does it matter?

The question is "why was this thread started" not "why does it matter"

We've had several other attempts to start spin-off screenshot threads that were the same as the main screenshot thread. They never last. In fact I think some of them got locked (there is a rule, by the way, that covers this situation)

Well there's a reason that thread's there. It's a single place to look I see all the screenshots in here and personally find no reason they wouldn't be just as at-home as in the other thread. The accepted and popular thread.

It makes no sense to have multiple screenshot threads. It makes plenty of sense to consolidate them into a single thread.

That is why it matters.

Hmm, let me rephrase that, why do you care? Almost every post by you goes along the lines of: "It must be this way.. blah blah blah"

That's just my opinion though, of course.

Krusty, some people are playing AH for the fun and would like to discuss their "fun" experiences with each other on the bbs. What do you think about it? Why they should laugh on each others "fail" sreenies? lol
