Posting thumbnail screenshots on the BBS

I want to make a BBS post with a large number of screenshots in it. To avoid it being too big I want to post thumbnails which expand to the full screenshot when clicked.

Now I have done this before in the past, i.e. as in this post. As I recall the format went like this: [img=screenshot location]http://thumbnail location[/img]. However I can't get this to work now. When I preview it the text I typed comes up, not the screenshots. There does not appear to be anything in the help section for the BBS on this either. So what is the correct format for doing this now?

Greebo: What you use is the URL= bbcode tag, and inside the target you use the IMG tag, then close the /URL tag after the image.

Hotlink, subject, close hotlink.

EDIT: Okay, I'll use () instead of [].

(URL=http://etc.blah.com/img1.jpg)(IMG)http://etc.blah.com/img1_thumb.jpg(/IMG)(/URL)
