16 Discos since new patch....

How long do you play before you get dumped? Have you run ping plotter to the game servers to see how your connection is?

Maybe nothing has changed on your end, and nothing has changed at HTC ( seeing thousands of people are loggin on and staying connected), but there is a crap load of stuff between you and HTC that could have changed. The more info you provide, the better the help you'll get.

I have been talking to the support team via email, my connection got worst too, in this last week i couldnt play rigth, everyday my ping is over 400 500 and i get discos all the time, this didnt happened before when i sarted as my ping was always in 200 (since im in brazil) and had no lag... im afraid soon ill have to stop paying the subscription, i have sent ping plotter stuff and I am waiting for some response rigth now.  Roy said its a pretty bad situation but he is looking into it, i really dont want to quit the game, im just starting to learn things, but looks like i wont have much choice...

I dont know what ping plotter is my ping is usually in the 30's.  Sometimes I loose it in 5 min sometimes after 5 hours up to 18 now.  Didnt do this before the last patch...

PingPlotter is a free program you can get HERE!

Install it, open it, and then add this address 206.16.60.41 to the "address to trace" window in the upper left. # of times to trace unlimited, delay 1 second, samples to include 60. Hit the trace button and let it run for 10 minutes.

What your looking for is 0% packet lose, and an average ping time of under 200. If a lot of "red" stuff starts showing up you have internet connection issues. Take a screen shot and post the picture here for more info on it.
