Fess up, ghi... You just wanted some raptor pics by baiting.  Understandable, considering how hard they are to shoot in the wild.

My family owns a cabin on a lake in Northern Wisconsin.  On the edge of the lake is a large tree that was struck by lightning a number of years ago.  Consequently, the top of the tree is partially dead.  Bald eagles love to perch in the tree and watch the lake for their next meal.  With a long lens on the camera, I can get some pretty nice shots.
