I'm with bangs on this one a little less auto ack and more manned ack would make things a "little" more interesting.

Ya
What was going in May? One country upped a 50 plane noe raid, and the other country had no chance to recruit and up a potent defense before the deack. Couse when there are 20+ planes in the field ack, thats completely ineffective, may kill 1-2 but the field will be vulched anyway. Using this strategy repeatedly surely won the war for the atacking country, but pretty much killed every fight on the map. Plus by the time the 262s could arrive, the base was alredy taken, so it was REALLY hard to find the interaction with the opponents unless you were vulched or bounced in a 3 vs 50.
This is the problem, thats why i cant find fun in this game anymore.     At least more mannable ack could kill the first 10-15 kamikazes of the horde make them think their business twice, but im not sure if that wouldnt create even bigger groups.
