Greatest Guitarist on earth?

Five pages and no one mentions Dave Evans, English born of Welsh parents and the greatest Irish guitarist of his generation;

Then there's Hendrix and of course Phil Lynott.

Of course I'm biased being Irish and all but Hendrix isn't Irish. But even the most unbiaseed has to think the 'Edge' is one of the best.
