So, just curious-X52
« on: May 27, 2011, 08:39:33 PM »
I have had X52 saitek for awhile, well the stick has finally taken a poo, a few months ago. But the throttle control still works. So im curious, is there a way I can plug the throttle in, and then plug a different joystick in, and use them together?  Because I LOVE the X52 throttle control, I cant deal with those joysticks with everything all compacted on it.  What originally happened was when I am flying, the joystick with almost freeze when pulling up or pushing forward, then all of a sudden will unfreeze and jerk back or forward. Ive checked magnets and all that, and didnt find anything so im guessing it just finally gave out.

You should be able to, I use an X-52 but have an AV8R also hooked up and I use the switches.  I don't see why not.

To clarify; I don't think you can plug another joystick into the throttle, but you can use two separate USB connections fine.

Do a search over at the Saitek site/boards. You might find something with that kind of description.
