there's a bug in the system that will give kills to any player not involved in the fight.  happens rarely but it does happen.  first time I noticed it was when I got shot down by assi, who also happened to be in my country and not anywhere near to where I was.  last time was 2 days ago, when I logged in after arena reset and went to get water, some guy was asking me how I had killed him.  I told him I was in the tower and hadnt upped a single time yet .

you misunderstood my post, I wasnt the one who got killed.  I got a kill while sitting in the tower without even upping yet.  same thing happened just a few hours ago but in reverse.  I augered with no cons around, just at the end of runway while upping.  base wasnt even flashing and one of the vtards got the kill. 

It's a bug in the scoring.

I don't know why I quoted you as I wasn't refering to your post, my suggestion is that in the heat of battle, Perdweeb put a few rounds through his squadmate and got the kill when Delta binned it.
