thrustmaster was known for economy steering wheels for racing sims...they just recently developed the warthog hotas but it doesn't look like it's available in the u.s. yet...

The Warthog has been available in the US for quite a while now...since October or November of last year. I won one from SimHQ and have loved using the thing.

Not to rain on your parade LtTP but I'd advise you to use the SEARCH function as per X52's. A LOT of folks end up having calibration issues with time. I was one of them.

I believe the loss of calibration issue is primarily due to the USB power supply issue.  On older machines, it is necessary to get an externally powered USB adapter to power up the X52.  On new machines with larger power supplies...not so much.

I've had my X52 for over 18 months on two different PC's with a powered USB hub and have had zero problems with loss of cal.  Built my own rudder pedals from an old X290 Saitek and have them plugged into the powered hub as well.
