I think SHawk and Midway should duel. With a mandatory 1 month name change the prize. Warhed's alter-ego would approve.
If I lose, I change my name for a month, no big deal... I'm still a wannabe.
If SHawk loses, his ego and reputation will forever be sullied by Midway. Doubt he can live with that.
