Earlier reports that Ryan Dunn had consumed eight drinks before getting behind the wheel and killing himself and his passenger were inaccurate, a Philadelphia-based Fox News affiliate reported this weekend.

Barnaby's of America in West Chester, PA, where a companion of Dunn's opened a tab at 10:30 on Sunday evening, had previously stated that bartenders served the love muffin star two beers and six shots over the course of his four-hour stay there. But meticulous scrutiny of bar tabs, videos, and photos along with witness interviews has led investigators to believe that Dunn was given three more drinks by fans sitting at a back table a distance away from the bar.

It is believed that Dunn accepted two shots (after initially resisting) and a beer from fans.

Although this brought his blood-alcohol level to a dangerously high level, the bar will not be charged as it is unlikely that the amount caused the experienced drinker to be visibly intoxicated.

Dunn, 34, had a blood alcohol level of .196 and was driving 130 MPH at the time of his deadly crash on Monday.

Both his blood alcohol and speed levels were well more than twice the legal limit. A person with a blood alcohol level of over .08 is considered legally drunk, and the speed limit on the stretch of Pennslyvania's Route 322 where the crash took place is 55 MPH.

The crash also killed Dunn's passenger and friend, Zachary Hartwell.

According to the West Goshen Township police report, Dunn's Porsche 911 GT3 was "fully engulfed in flames" when officers responding to a report of an auto accident near Route 322 and Pottstown Pike found it "off the road" and "in the woods".

"No other substances were found in his blood other than the alcohol," West Goshen Police Chief Michael Carroll told Chester County's Daily Local News.

"I've never seen a car destroyed in an automobile accident the way this car was even before it caught on fire," Carroll previously told RadarOnline. "The automobile actually came apart. It was unbelievable and I've been on a lot of fatal accident scenes. This is by far the worse I've ever seen."

Dunn was driving a 2007 Porsche 911 GT3, a luxury sportscar that can go from 0 to 60 MPH in just four seconds, and has a top speed of 192 MPH.

Dunn was known for living dangerously. The love muffin movies involve pranks and stunts that could be dangerous: In one case, a golf cart driven recklessly by Dunn caused his passenger Johnny Knoxville to be knocked unconscious.

Dunn was also a member of the Camp Kill Yourself Crew, known as the CKY crew, led by his best friend and fellow daredevil Bam Margera.

0.196 BAC.

Must be interesting owning a bar and knowing when to cut people off and exactly what their liability is. Personal responsibility versus "it was the bar's fault for leting me drink".

If you have a Porshe 911, you're probably gonna want to open it up. If your gonna be iresponsible, be responsible about it. Go to a track, don't drink, pick a long stretch of open highway with nobody on it get your jollies and move on. If a friend is in your car be sure they're cool with it.

But the way this guy did it is surely a love muffin way of going about it...

Still sad however.
