I wish you could see your hands and legs in the plane as your flying. when your pilot gets shot your body jerks and there is a wound where you have been shot. Also how you press buttons such as bring your gears in your pilot goes and touches the gears button or when you put your throttle up the pilot moves the throttle stick.

That would be great, but the only problem would be that the HOTAS setup of many players would require the pilot to have at least twelve hands.  You'd have all sorts of whining coming in, not to mention the huge amount of effort required to code what seems to be utterly impossible.
