New Bomber Squadron Forming

Guys,
  I am looking to form a new bomber squadron with the following protocol:

1. A well constructed and adhered to chain of command.
2. Members that are willing to train constantly, and have the time to do so.
3. Dedicated members that don't concern themselves with glory or attention but working together for the advancement of the squad.
4. Who are daring, and willing to fly into the worst enviornment, with only one intention...to achieve OUR goal!
5. Maintain a discipline, and respect all other squad members according to rank and senority.

I don't care about age but do ask that you have audio and joystick capability, and are willing to train VERY often.

Horseman, <S>, sir, with all due respect.  If I may suggest talking to AKKuya who posted previously.  You will not fine a better bunch of men that have the same criteria you have listed.  Joining his squad would be a wise choice.
