Her medals are crinkled and look crooked, aren't Marines like mega uptight about uniforms? Females, I guess 
Doesn't look like they're all mounted together (which is not required, but typically done). But, once the ribbons get a wrinkle in them, they are a pain to get out. You pretty much have to have them remounted. She's a young corporal, that's never been outside of her first duty station, so she's not quite as salty as she will be eventually. Otherwise, I'd say her appearance is impeccable.
