If you post their response to your private email/inquest you will exponentially expand 'bad' to 'worse'

Grats on making 50 , as I said before nobody gets suspended for a single use of profanity and I do not get into offensive 200 trash battles.This is what vexes me because I have played this game off and on since 2004 and have never had an issue before. No response to email so tonight they get a phone call.

It's possible that your email domain is being blocked to HTC, or theirs is being blocked to you. If they haven't replied after 2-3 business days, I'd guess this is the cause.

Either call them during their business hours, our send Skuzzy a PM via the BBS to initiate the conversation.

Sounds to me like you got mass reported.  If that is the case, your inquiry with Skuzzy will initiate a cursory review of his 200 tapes.  He will tell you why you got muted OR, if he finds no wrongdoing and sees you were mass reported for no reason, he will mute everyone who did it to you.  He really hates the use of mass reporting for no reason.
