Hanger Launch bug

Every once in a while I'll post a mission and even though all plane sets are set to launch on the same runway, 1 or 2 flights in the mission will still launch out of the hanger even though in the mission editor they are set to launch on the runway.

This does happen.  It's been happening for years.  Best bet:  it's never been put on the bugs list so it's never been addressed.
