Fascinating.

Here is my take on this pieper/ferb thing:  a lot of people are kind of "off kilter" a bit, and we get to see it from time to time in MMOs.  Truth is even well adjusted people say and do some pretty stupid things from time to time in MMOs.  Its really low quality entertainment to me, but entertainment nonetheless.  I do feel somewhat sorry for this pieper guy but we really do reap what we sow.  Let it be a lesson learned.

Press on.

I flew with Pieper off and on for years and on good days he was fun to fly with

I'm confused... has Pieper passed away, or just left AH?

I mean no disprespect, I just can't see clearly through all of the extra stuff in this thread.

I for one would be happy to particpate in a memorial flight.  Should Ferb be Pieper as most people appear to believe......that poor man.  He has more problems in real life than we thought he had just from his in-game persona.  If true, I will pray for him.

This thread's timing is in very bad taste, since a valued member of the community did just pass away.

Selective sensitivity can make you a moral giant.  If all your posts showed it, then I might take you seriously.

Don't worry about me, just don't post this garbage two days after a valued member of the community has passed and is still being honored on the front page.  Thanks Assi, troll on.

I shot down someone's P-51 with the name of Peiper just this weekend.  Is this the same guy, someone with a similar name, Peiper's ghost or are there actually three of them.  :headscratch:

On 200 this past Saturday the player known as Ferb told everyone that his twin brother Jason, known as Pieper, had passed away from cancer on July 19th.  Ferb told everyone that Pieper had known he was terminal from cancer for two years but not said anything.  When asked by someone on 200 for Pieper's real name and location of death for condolence purposes, Ferb stated it was "private".

That pretty much seals it.    I have long known Pieper's first name, as we have emailed stuff in prior years.     Wow.    I haven't had the urge to play AH much lately, as I'm helping Bodhi with a World of Tanks Clan.    But if Jay passed..... :salute.

If a Memorial Flight is planned I will participate.

This has nothing to do with that except for your reach to tie it together.
