for we all they probably have 10 different planes and vehicles in a file waiting to be emplaced in the game, which options to place in next is up to them and probably is based on whats needed and discussed before hand.

That's not how they work. They work on a handful at a time, get them done, and release them.

Sure, some may take longer, get pushed back to another update, or something... But they don't stockpile them in droves for meting out as they see fit.

This plane has been on my personal "want" list for awhile. It won't be the next update, but we will get it one day. There are a few Japanese airplanes though I think should be done before the J2M, that being the Ki-43, Ki-44, and the Ki-45. But that's in my mind and not stated to be confused with a real fact. Any rate I'll be happy with any updated/new Japanese aircraft.
