You need to put some effort into it. Think about it.... There's a logical and easy way to test it out. It involves math.

Or just google it.

That only gives you total fuel in the plane and would require you to burn off tanks one at a time to empty while leaving others full just to find out the amounts in each tank.

Google does not list the fuel capacities of planes modeled in aces high.

Really???  Say it isn't so.  I'm selling my Goggle stocks right now.

Asking the fuel capacities of the planes as modeled in game is a legit question while your answers are nothing more than attempts to provoke arguments.

Ice, aces high models them after historic  tankage values. You can find them online with google or your search engine of choice. Also, it has been discussed on this forum and even though our search doesn't work, these forum threads still turn up on google as well. It may give you the results you want.

Also, you described perfectly how to determine fuel in each tank with E6B. Turn the fuel burn up and sit on the runway. Manual fuel select each tank until it's dry. Take down the numbers, do the math, and there you have it.

Why so serious?  It's called google research sarcasm.  Research failure using a search engine seems chocked full of irony and humor, no?

So this "extra fuel load"...................how about listing it now that it's been mentioned?

I'm having trouble getting internal fuel figures that agree with each other.

If you look on the web the numbers are all over the place in terms of fuel tankage on the VIII and XIV.  This is for the VIII and is copied from the Air Ministry supplied Pilot's Notes, so I think it's fairly reliable :)

The XIV was built on the VIII airframe and had the same wing tanks.  Also remember that the AH Spits outside of the Mk I can carry the 30 gallon Slipper DT to go with the internal fuel

Only HT knows  :noid It's a constant debate in here.

I spend nearly all my perks every month on the 14 and to be fair I find it the easiest plane in the game for me to get  and land kills in. If your a great stick you probably won't want that monster climb and acceleration at the expense of ammo load or agility but for someone who is of more modest skill it offers real advantages.

Not there.

Fuel loads are shown on the E6B

So what is your problem?

Remember to convert Imperial gallons to US gallons where applicable.
