« on: August 14, 2011, 10:21:04 AM »
Does anyone have or know how to calculate the sustained turn radius for a single complete turn in the P-39Q in feet?  Help is appreciated!

I've tested the P-39Q... No external guns, 25% fuel.

Sustained turn, full flaps: 527 ft
Sustained turn, clean: 634 ft

I don't remember if I calculated manually, or used Badboy's Boot Strap calculator, I tested the P-39s when they first were released.

101 mph, 22.36 seconds average time per circle at full flaps.

157 mph, 17.70 seconds average time per circle, clean.
