If I read his post correctly, he mentioned having 2 countries. Personally, I don't think this is such a bad idea. I think it would lead to a lot more fights overall, but what do you guys think?

I think its called the Axis vs. Allies arena.  In my 16 yrs of playing combat flight sims, the three country format seems to be the most successful, the most fun, and offers the greatest opportunity for most players to "find the right fight" and have the most fun.

Seems to me that most of the "issues" folks have with the game aren't with the game itself but rather the people in the game.  If that's the case how would changing the game fix anything?

Who says they wont?  The AK's rotate/motate, so expect other squads to do so as well.

They will go to the side that will give them the least resistance to their horde. They are the liberals of toonland.  The Muppets, the 80th etc. like to earn our accolades in whatever form those come. We are the conservatives (aka goodguys) of toonland.

With the squads moving to the rooks recently the very situation I said before would happen with a 3-sided war has. Exploiting the game by over balancing was inevitable. No fix other then ask them not to move sides, LOL fat chance, or making it a 2 sided conflict as it should have been. Since most of the people that make DEV for the game no longer really care what the players want, and with the new MMOS coming out very soon this is a good time to take my leave, its been a good run over all but the GV "fix" that only made it more messed up, and with the continued exploitations that HTC simply says is LAG or just does not bother to fix, I cant continue to pay to be played. Been a nice 10 years all in all, but time to call it. Hope HTC wakes up before they go the way of SWG.  :salute

Traits of a conservative tooner:

Doesn't like the horde to help him with things he can handle himself, like 1v1s, 1v2s, etc.
Likes his big guns, aka P38 guns & Mk108s.
Stands up in protest to big horde game play.

Traits of a liberal tooner:

Needs help in 1v1s.  Since he always is looking for help he never learns how to fight for himself.
Loves to help weaker pilots with their fights because he doesn't think they are skilled enough to do it on their own.
Enjoys big horde game play.

Anything I miss?
